January 2015
Many thanks to all of our customers who visited us throughout the festive period, we are pleased to announce we have raised for St Andrews Hospice the sum of £6074.50.

We raised this fantastic amount by selling Reindeer Dust, Make a Wish fountain and raffling Christmas hampers supplied by our loyal customers.

We would also like to thank customers, suppliers and friends who donated items for our fundraising.

Look out in the near future for our press release showing our grand total we have raised over the past 8 years for St Andrews Hospice.

Gouldings sold £2500 of tablet for Cancer Research UK.

George, Marie, Jimmy and all the team would like to thank everyone who came to our Christmas open event. It was a great night!

Our St. Andrews Hospice Donations From Last Night were:
Hog roast £235.49
Raffle hamper £302.00

We didn't charge for carrier bags as we were donating the 5p charge ourselves. We gave out 587 carrier bags, therefore we will donate £29.34 to St. Andrews Hospice.

 

August 2014
Gouldings sponsored a group of men who cycled from Lands End to John O'Groats. We sponsored the support vehicle that followed them with their fuel and so far they have raised £4K for Yorkhill Children's Hospital.

We're delighted to announce that we've just been awarded a Certificate of Excellence from Trip Advisor.

Our recent Bingo night in aid of St Andrews Hospice raised a fantastic £4250.

This brings the total we've raised for St Andrew's Hospice to a whopping £46,028.43.

We would like to say a huge thanks to all of our generous friends and customers who have made this fantastic total possible.

We supplied plants and compost to Glengowan Primary in Larkhall who are in partnership with Scotrail.

They have adopted Larkhall Railway Stations from Scotrail and they are responsible for upkeep of the planters along the platform.

Helping the Community

We donated gardening supplies to Underbank Primary School in Carluke.

They have adopted Larkhall Railway Stations from Scotrail
and they are responsible for upkeep of the planters along the platform.

GouldingsMarie, Jimmy, Gill Murray and Rowan Main, Cancer Research UK, Area Volunteer Manager, receiving their certificate for raising £2500 for selling tablet to raise funds for this most worthy charity.

The tablet was made by Gill Murray and we sold in the Garden Centre.

We have raised over 11.5K in total over the last 5 years.

bingo prizesThe Charity Bingo Fun Night raised a massive £4210.00 in aid of St Andrews Hospice. Thanks to all of our customers and friends who helped make the night a huge success and a special thanks to all of those who donated prizes.

Charity Bingo Fun Night in aid of St Andrews Hospice

Come along on to the Garden Centre on Tuesday 17th April for a fun night to support a great charity.

Tickets are £5 and include a light snack, tea and coffee. Doors open at 6.45pm, eyes down at 7.30pm.

Gouldings celebrate winning the title of UK's Most Improved Garden Centre.

The prestigious Dick Allen Award trophy was handed to owner George Goulding who said "There was a vast amount of garden centre's from all over the UK in the running for the award. I think we impressed the judges by provising our customers with a better service and a better layout".
